We source premium extruded Brass C360 hex or round bars from trusted mills. All incoming raw material undergoes visual inspection and chemical composition checks to ensure it meets international standards, preventing defects during the high-speed machining process.
The brass bars are fed into our high-speed Traub automatic lathes or CNC turning centers. The exterior profiles, tapers, and internal bores are precision-turned. Traub machines allow us to produce high volumes rapidly while maintaining our strict ±0.01mm tolerance on the turning axes.
Threading is the most critical step for hydraulic adapters. We utilize single-point CNC threading or specialized threading heads to cut the NPT taper accurately. A precise taper ensures the flanks of the male and female threads wedge together perfectly for a leak-proof seal.
If the adapter requires specific spanner flats, hex heads, or cross-holes that cannot be completed on the primary lathe, the components are moved to our milling stations. This ensures tools have a perfect grip surface during final installation.
Fittings are thoroughly deburred to remove any sharp edges or loose brass flakes that could contaminate a hydraulic fluid system. They are then chemically washed to a bright "Natural" finish, or sent out for secondary Chrome or Nickel plating based on client requirements.
Thread profiles are strictly checked using calibrated Go/No-Go ring and plug gauges. Dimensional checks are logged. Finally, the brass adapters are securely packaged in sturdy export-ready cartons to prevent thread damage during transit to international or domestic clients.
