We work with ISO tolerances, ASTM/AISI material grades, DIN specifications, and customer-specific quality requirements.

ISO 2768 - General Tolerances for Machined Components

We manufacture components per ISO 2768 tolerance classes for linear and angular dimensions when not otherwise specified on drawings. This international standard is widely used for precision machined parts in OEM applications.

  • ISO 2768-m (Medium Class): Standard tolerance class for general machined components (±0.1mm to ±0.3mm depending on dimension range)
  • ISO 2768-f (Fine Class): Tighter tolerances for precision components (±0.05mm to ±0.2mm depending on dimension range)
  • ISO 2768-v (Very Fine Class): Highest precision for critical dimensions (±0.02mm to ±0.1mm depending on dimension range)
  • Angular Tolerances: ±1° for medium class, ±0.5° for fine class as per ISO 2768-2

ISO 1101 - Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)

Our inspection processes support ISO 1101 geometric tolerancing symbols commonly used in technical drawings for precision OEM components. We verify geometric characteristics including flatness, perpendicularity, concentricity, and position tolerances as specified.

  • Form Tolerances: Straightness, flatness, circularity, cylindricity
  • Orientation Tolerances: Parallelism, perpendicularity, angularity
  • Location Tolerances: Position, concentricity, symmetry

Frequently Asked Questions – International OEM Manufacturing from India

We do not have a strict MOQ. We manufacture prototype quantities (10–50 pieces) for testing and validation, as well as production batches up to 100,000+ pieces. Pricing improves with higher volumes due to setup cost amortization.

We work with companies of all sizes — from engineering startups to established multinational OEMs. What matters most is clear drawings, defined specifications, and professional technical communication.

We accept PDF drawings, DWG/DXF (2D CAD), and STEP/IGES (3D models). If only physical samples are available, we can reverse-engineer parts with detailed measurement reports for approval.

If any component does not meet drawing specifications, we either rework (where possible) or manufacture replacement parts at no additional cost. We maintain inspection records and provide dimensional reports for traceability.

Yes. We can provide EN 10204 Type 3.1 material test certificates from suppliers and dimensional inspection reports for critical dimensions. These are typically included with sample shipments and available for production batches upon request.

Sample lead time is typically 7–14 days depending on complexity. Batch production lead time ranges from 3–6 weeks depending on quantity, material availability, and machining processes. Final timelines are confirmed during quotation.
