Our Mumbai facility operates 4 CNC turning centers and 5 Traub automatic lathes specialized for precision turned components. We also maintain 2 bar cutting machines, 2 drilling machines, 1 tapping machine, and 1 custom-designed drilling machinery for specialized applications.

Currently, we do not operate VMC equipment. Our facility specializes in CNC turning and precision machining for cylindrical components. However, we are planning to introduce VMC machining capabilities as part of our facility expansion to serve customers requiring milling, contouring, and complex multi-axis operations in the future.

With 15 machines operating across multiple shifts, we maintain 24/7 production capability for urgent orders. Our capacity ranges from prototype quantities (1-10 pieces) to medium-batch production (100-10,000 pieces) depending on component complexity and material availability.

Our 1200 sq. ft. precision machining facility is located in Bhayandar (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra. The facility houses all CNC equipment, Traub machines, and secondary operations under one roof with on-site management for real-time quality oversight.

Our CNC turning centers and Traub machines process stainless steel (SS 304, SS 316), carbon and alloy steel (EN1A, EN8, EN19), brass and copper alloys, and aluminum (select grades). Material selection depends on application requirements and drawing specifications.
